1. A schedule 2. Important contacts (team and administrators) 3. Plans in case of an emergency or a fire/tornado drill for your sub. 4. You may also want to leave them your cell phone number. 5. Attendance lists for all classes (two copies for homeroom - one will go to the office). 6. A seating chart for each class. 7. Write up specific plans for the day - from start to finish, what should your students be doing? Make sure to specify where your sub can find materials. 8. Make folders for at least 5 days of emergency sub plans. The copies for your students should already be made and ready to go. 9.Let a teammate and/or administrator know where to find these copies to give to the sub. 10. When you use a day, add a day. Keep these updated.
